VoteHuman is an independent civic research and transparency project. We do not endorse candidates, political action committees, or political parties. Our classifications and evidence dossiers are compiled for educational and civic transparency purposes to inform voters on the emerging policy debates surrounding hyperscale artificial intelligence data centers, utility rates, and water resources.

2. Open Data & Creative Commons Licensing

All original candidate evidence digests, stance summaries, and structured datasets produced by VoteHuman are made available under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0) license.

You are free to share, copy, and redistribute our research in any medium or format, and adapt or transform the material for civic, academic, or journalistic purposes, provided you give appropriate credit to VoteHuman (votehuman.org) and link to the source record.

3. Evidence Standards & Accuracy Disclaimers

VoteHuman adheres to strict evidentiary requirements: every published stance requires verifiable primary sources (such as verbatim news quotes, official campaign policy papers, debate footage, or official legislative roll-call votes).

While we strive for meticulous accuracy and daily updates, political positions evolve, and public figures frequently update or clarify their statements. Candidate stances are presented without warranty of any kind. If you discover a factual error, broken citation, or newly issued candidate statement, please use our Submit Data portal to request an expedited review.

4. Campaign & PAC Independence

VoteHuman has zero corporate sponsors, zero tech PAC contributions, and zero financial affiliations with any tracked candidate or political committee. Outside campaign spending figures are derived directly from public Federal Election Commission (FEC) filings and state disclosure portals.
